Happy Monday! With all of your Holiday Party Invitations coming your way (and sent to Palm Beach Athletic Wear too!) we thought we’d give you a few helpful tips and pointers to help keep your holiday healthy body in check, directly from our Customer Service Coordinator, Zoe.
With food in no short supply and alcohol present at the majority of the holiday parties I attend with the Palm Beach Athletic Wear staff, a few of us often meet before the party starts for a healthy meal that keeps party snacking at bay.
Tip #1 Eat a healthy and filling meal about 60 minutes before the party starts. A large salad, grilled chicken breast and an extra large glass of water is my go-to pre-party meal. This helps stave off what I refer to as, “mindless” eating Or, eating food you wouldn’t normally put in your body and consciously eat.
Tip #2 Alcohol is present at the majority of the parties I attend for Palm Beach Athletic Wear. I always try to drink plenty of water before a Holiday Party and keep tabs on the amount of alcohol intake during the party. ALWAYS have a designated driver as well as the number for a local cab service available.
