Sometimes, heading to the gym or yoga studio just isn’t in the cards for me. My busy schedule of coordinating photo shoots, organizing merchandise, blogging! and helping with trunk shows and many, many other duties (including being a Mom and Wife to my family) takes me away from heading to the fitness gym.
