Since first stepping into the studio, I have been absolutely blown away by the kindness, support and unparalleled instruction offered at Palm Beach Athletic Wear and Yoga. I love the variety of classes they offer – from Aerial to Vinyasa – and the attention to detail the instructors offer to enhance your practice and experience on and off the mat. I have only just begun my practice with this studio, but I certainly believe I have found a perfect fit for me!
